A signed agreement and credit application must be on file before any equipment
is released. Equipment pick-up from 2:00pm to 5:00pm one day prior to job. Call
our office if you need special arrangements for pick-up, return, or delivery.

Andrus Lighting is not responsible for any liabilities, claims, or damage due to
improper use of gear other than normal wear and tear. Lessee acknowledges
that the equipment listed herein has either been examined or tested by a
representative of the lessee.

Equipment shall be returned in the same working order as it was sent out.
In the event that any equipment is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair,
the Lessee shall immediately pay Andrus Lighting and Grip the current
retail price, taxes and shipping for replacement.

Full daily rates shall be charged for each day the equipment is not
returned past the date specified for its return.

Cancellation of crew and equipment within 24 hours of rental
period will incur charges of 100% of the daily rental price.

Deliveries are available for an additional charge.

Andrus Lighting must authorize extension of the rental period.

Lessee shall provide their own insurance to cover the book
value of the equipment for all loss and damage. A certificate
of insurance must be on file. Please call our office for details.

Andrus Lighting accepts Visa / Master Card / American Express
or Company Check. Processing fee applied to credit card payment.
